Alpine Management was started in 2023 by Brandon Goodman and Nate Monson out of necessity. After years of experience with subpar property management on our own properties, resulting in lost dollars to us and our partners, we decided to solve this problem and Alpine Management was born. We built this company to overcome the pain points we experienced some of which included: lackluster communication, sloppy budgets, and unprioritized income collection. We brought in top talent from some of the largest national property management companies in the country and built a team with decades of experience to solve these issues and more. We like to say this is a company built by property owners for property owners. We now have over 1 Million in square feet and growing under management, and are constantly uncovering new opportunities to save money for our clients.

LANCE STUDEbAKER
VP Property Management | Principal Broker
Lance J. Studebaker currently serves as the Vice President of Property Management and Principal Broker for Alpine Management. With over a decade of experience managing office, industrial, and retail properties, Lance excels in property management, lease administration, and construction oversight. His advanced expertise in financial analytics, budgeting, contract negotiation, and capital project management consistently delivers exceptional results for his clients. Lance is also well-versed in government regulations, including OSHA, ADA, NFPA, and EPA standards.
An active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Lance is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate and has held leadership roles in both IREM and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He attended Utah Valley University and is a licensed real estate agent in Utah.
Julie Lambourne
Controller
Julie Lambourne is the Controller at Alpine Management, where she oversees financial procedures, internal controls, and software innovation for the company’s diverse portfolio of clients. With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial property management, Julie is known for her integrity, attention to detail, and excellence in meeting client needs. Before joining Alpine Management, she served as Controller for Newmark ACRES for nearly a decade, where she honed her expertise in financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and lease administration across retail, office, and industrial properties. Prior to that she spent 9 years overseeing Accounts Receivables for Triton Investments. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah.
